GS Verde Group revealed as most active dealmakers of the year with multidiscipline approach

The GS Verde Group have been named the most active M&A advisors of 2022 so far, making history once more as the only firm to top both the Corporate Finance and Legal rankings.

Earning top spots in both categories for a third consecutive quarter, multidiscipline dealmakers GS Verde outpaced competition from the legal and financial sectors by advising on 14 deals in the Experian Market IQ Report.

This significant external validation of the Group's rising dealmaking activity reflects the success of GS Verde's distinct one team approach, with law, finance, tax and communications advice combined under one roof for the benefit of clients.
