GS Verde Group is an expert on corporate transactions. Our corporate team has worked on deals of all sizes in a vast range of different sectors.
As part of GS Verde Academy, you will complete a core placement within The Deal Team.
Combining the multidiscipline aspects of the business, The Deal Team handles both the legal and financial aspects of all transactions – from developing a target pool, performing a valuation, structuring the deal, carrying out legal and financial due diligence to finalising the terms of the transaction.
You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of the deal team, experiencing the various aspects that come together to offer GS Verde clients a truly end-to-end service.
After your 12-month placement within the deal team you can choose two other areas of the Group to experience for 6 months each:
As well as offering corporate law services, GS Verde also offers commercial law services, property, employment and HR.
If you’re interested in the legal sector, you will find invaluable experience working under GS Verde’s hugely experienced law directors.
Within our Law Team you will be expected to handle client requests, process documents, assist in proposal preparation and liaise with various legal entities.
The Tax and Accountancy side of GS Verde is hugely varied; offering services such as Companies House compliance, digital accounting system support, tax compliance, R&D tax credits, restructuring and more.
If you are pursuing an Accountancy qualification, your time with our Tax and Accountancy team will help to cement indispensable skills and core working practices through the rest of your career.
The GS Verde Communications team is the creative hub of the business. Assisting clients with marketing and promotion, securing press coverage for their successes, as well as carrying out all marketing activities for the group too.
The team works on our website, social media, paid advertising, content production and more.
In the communications team, you can expect to be producing social media posts, building emails, creating web pages, and generating content for a range of other marketing and PR-related tasks.
GS Verde is looking for enthusiastic graduates who are eager to jump head-first into a fast-paced corporate position. Someone who is confident, conscientious, and organised will fit in well with our dynamic multidiscipline team.
