GS Verde Group is pleased to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2024 Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

The recent announcement recognises our award-winning multi-discipline corporate advisory firm as a finalist in the 'Established Business of the Year' category.

This is a fantastic achievement for the company, especially to be among a group of entrepreneur finalists with a combined turnover of £2.9 billion and approximately 20,000 employees.

This recognition follows a strong performance in 2023 and Q1 2024 for GS Verde Group, marked by significant appointments, key achievements, and numerous milestones.

We began 2024 by being admitted to trade on the prestigious JP Jenkins share dealing platform and appointing James Lewis as a non-executive director. The expansion of our senior leadership within GS Verde Tax and Accountants has further contributed to our growth, alongside successfully completing numerous M&A transaction deals.

GS Verde Group also received accolades for our work in the M&A landscape, being ranked the most active M&A advisors in Wales and securing the top spot for both legal and financial categories in the Experian Market IQ M&A Report for Q1 2024.

Other notable achievements include a Top 3 ranking in the UK and Ireland M&A Mandate League Table for Q4 2023 published by Dealsuite, and being named the most active deal maker in Experian's Market IQ 2023 full report.
