Chippenham-based transport consultancy Key Transport Consultants Limited has been acquired by PJA Civil Engineering Limited, in a strategic asset purchase deal advised by GS Verde Group.

Founded in 2005 by Directors Roger Key and David Tingay, Key Transport Consultants has built a strong reputation for its expertise across all aspects of transport consultancy. Led by Directors David Tingay, Sean McIntyre and Peter Mansell, who have worked together for many years, the business has continued to expand to meet growing demand for its specialist services across the transport sector.
