Wantage-based Paul Pieri Estate Agents have been acquired by Davis Tate Estate Agency Group, in a deal advised on by GS Verde (an AAB Group Company).

For over 25 years, Paul Pieri Estate Agents has helped its customers sell, buy, rent and let properties. Led by owner Paul Pieri, the estate agents have gained a well-respected reputation across Oxfordshire built on its experienced team of staff and loyal client-base.

The acquisition provides an opportunity for the team at Paul Pieri Estate Agents to continue serving its loyal clients under new owners, along with offering professional property services across the community.

Davis Tate Estate Agency Group was established in 1991, and specialise in helping clients buy, sell, rent and let across the areas of Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

The acquisition of Paul Pieri Estate Agents marks the ninth branch to have been acquired by the Group, further enhancing its team and presence in Oxfordshire.
