The portfolio includes 103 long-standing contracts, each averaging approximately £16,000 per annum, providing a diversified and low-risk revenue base. Contracts are on annual rolling terms with a re-structured terms and conditions to meet ERA that protect the business, where notice can only be served three-months prior to end of term, all contracts renewed 1st April 2026 and benefit from strong historical renewal rates. Pricing is regularly reviewed in line with living wage and regulatory changes.
