UK manufacturing specialist for the Aerospace and Defence industry, Corvero Group, has acquired BIE Magnum, a specialist provider of precision engineering, surface treatment and finishing solutions. The deal was advised by GS Verde - An AAB Group Company.

Established more than 50 years ago, Bristol based BIE Magnum has developed a strong reputation as a leader in specialist manufacturing services and delivers high-quality surface treatments, engraving, paint finishes, screen printing and CNC machining. It also offers a range of in-house processes for customers across numerous and highly demanding industries and caters to their specific requirements.

By joining London based Covero Group, BIE Magnum will have the opportunity to become part of Corvero’s continued growth plan across the UK Aerospace & Defence industries as well as increasing its customer base in the global aerospace defence and industrial sectors.

The acquisition complements both companies growth plans, giving BIE Magnum the platform to enhance its services to new and existing customers across civil and military programmes. It also enables Corvero to expand its geographical footprint across the UK’s manufacturing industry and services, along with strengthening its commitment for quality, reliability, and continuous investment in capability within the aerospace and defence sectors.
